Spring Botanical Tea Tasting & Junk Journal Crafting

Join Haley, owner of Herbal Meadows Botanicals on a botanical tasting exploration. In this workshop you will craft your own junk journal. You will fill your decorated journal with information and flavor profiles from medicinal flowers and herbs tasted in a tea flights. Each plant will be tasted on its own, connecting you to each plant individually and allowing you to document your findings.

• Explore & taste each botanical alone; to fully experience flavor and properties

• Focusing on floral profiles such as Hibiscus, Calendula, Lavender, Rose, Chamomile, Butterfly Pea Flower, Dandelion, Yarrow, Jasmine, Peppermint, etc.

• Document each herb or plant taste, aroma, texture & profile as you decorate your Junk Journal

• Picture of each plant you taste for your journal log provided

• An abundance of supplies will be available to craft your notebook such as stamps, scrapbook supplies, buttons, lace, paper stock, stickers, glue, tape, pockets, etc.
