Bee Pollen is made with a combination of tree & flower pollen, nectar and bee secretions. The pollen is then flown to the hive where it is used as food for the bees. Our pollen is sustainably harvested, kosher, non-irradiated and is packed with B vitamins, free-forming amino acids, minerals, and protein. There is no heat applied and no mechanical processing done to this product, thus it can be considered a raw food made by the bees. Bee pollen is pure plant pollen collected by honeybees. It is nutritious and has a sweet flavor. Use granules as a topping over yogurt or cereal with fruit, and sprinkle on salads. 
Not for use if you have allergic predisposition to bee stings or pollen.
Can cause allergic reactions including anaphylaxis. Do not take if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on blood thinners. 
Start with a granule or two daily and work your way up to 1 teaspoon daily.
