West Michigan Raw Local Honey Jute Gift Bag contains (2) 1 pound honey jars and 1 large infused honey; from our hives located in Kalamazoo & Van Buren Counties in Michigan. Our honey is pure, raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized. We never heat our honey crop! All honey crystallizes. The amount of time honey takes to crystallize depends on various things including plants foraged and temperature stored. Honey does crystallize faster in plastic; however this is a glass jar. To liquify crystallized honey, submerge container in hot water for a few minutes. Raw honey never expires. Our bees forage a variety of plants & flowers with the majority being wildflowers; making it wildflower honey! Sustainable beekeeping practices observed as often as possible. Local honey is known to help combat seasonal allergies. Our infused honey varieties vary. Be sure to leave your contact information so we can confirm what flavors we have available.
